Dominion Roofing removed the existing shingles and all related accessories down to the roof deck. After surface prep, we supplied and installed new drip edge, applied an ice and water shield 3 ft. up from the eaves, and laid a full synthetic underlayment over the remainder of the roof deck.

Removed existing 4-ply roofing system
Replaced with new 2-ply modified bitumen roof

Put new cedar where cedar had missing shingles around the whole house. Put cedar back in where it had slipped out. Caulked 4 metal defecters.


Took out old bathroom vent and replaced with a goose neck vent.

Took out old soffit. Took out old j-trim and replaced with new j-trim and new soffit. Put animal cages along the soffit.

Removed 5 rows of shingles and put new base and cap sheet on flat. Tied in 2 rows of shingles. Put new drip edge. Added caulking where ever needed.


Repaired Missing/Damaged shingles at back pan. Added Sopra Board and 2ply membrane with new turn bar on flat. Caulked all exposed nails and fasteners. Cleaned all work-related debris.











Removed Cap sheet replaced Drain, installed new 2 ¾” copper drain with u-flow, installed new 2-ply modified base and cap sheet.
